Health Concern of Computer Use

Computer and Health Risk:

1. Repetitive and Strain Injury (RSI)

           Injury or disorder of the muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, and joints.  RSI are the largest job-related injury and illness problem in the United States today.  For this reason, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) has developed task-specific guidelines designed to prevent workplace injuries with respect to computer usage.



2. Tendonitis

            Inflammation of a tendon due to repeated motion or stress on that tendon

3. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)

            Inflammation of the nerve that connects the forearm to the palm of the wrist.  Repeated or forceful bending of the wrist can cause CTS or tendonitis of the wrist.  Symptoms of tendonitis of the wrist include extreme pain with tingling in the fingers.



4. Computer Vision Syndrome

             You may have CVS if you have sore, tired, burning, itching or dry eyes ; blurred or double vision ; distance blurred vision after prolonged staring at a display device ; headache or sore neck.  Eyestrain associated with CVS is not thought to have serious or long term consequences.

•  hendaklah wanita yang akan dinikahi adalah seorang yang cantik, kerana kecantikan akan menjadi dambaan setiap insan dan selalu diinginkan oleh setiap orang yang akan menikah, dan kecantikan itu pula yang akan membantu menjaga kesucian dan kehormatan

sometimes, i was think...im very lucky because have an oppurtunity

to study in University..for me, that was the great prizes of my sucessess in SPM..

not really success...but very grateful...

everyday..class...just like an office hour...8:00 until 5:00 and sometimes until 6:00

Assignment..Quizez..Test..Presentation..Project..and Final exam..

wake up in the morning i will study because that time my brain is really powerful

social life?? aha...I have so many friends.. really nice person

lecturer?? Uitm Perak got so many the best lecturer..double thumbs up!

hostel?? college Cemara is the best hostel!

I just can say that as a student like me, everyday is a great moment :)
